The English Week was a great success!! So many students joined in the Lunchtime activities, winning great prizes and wishing the fun would never stop! Thanks for all the hardwork of the English Teachers, English Ambassadors and helpers.

Finally, the English Week has Finished. Many students put their names in the lucky draw, but only three lucky students won.

5D Emma Leung I have gained nice experience in English Week. The games and the prizes were amazing. I hope the duration of it could be longer so that students could have more chances to speak English. This joyful and bustling week has really been long-awaited after years of pandemic!   4D Mandy Ho It was my pleasure to be a helper for the game booth during English week.  I learned a lot from this experience.  I was glad to find that many students were interested in the theme and games.  Not only did we gain happiness, we also learned some knowledge about sports through different games.  It was an amazing experience to help with running the game and see our schoolmates enjoy the games with laughter and smiles!   4D Lareina Cheung I was very happy and honored to be the booth helper in English Week!  Our game was a WordWall game played by using an iPad.  I learned a lot from this experience through communicating with the participants in English and explaining the game rules to them in English. This opportunity does not only provide a platform for us to practice our coordination and speaking skill, it also greatly strengthens our confidence in English!   3E Lillian Ho I felt a lot of positive emotions during English Week because all the amazing activities were really well prepared, as both an English Ambassador and a student. I really liked the idea of bingo on that Monday, however I didn't participate in bingo since I was on duty as an English Ambassador. I generally enjoyed watching everyone having a good time. The following day, I spoke in the morning assembly to promote English week with Wesley and Alisa. Even though I was nervous, I enjoyed promoting English week. On top of that, I played the games hosted by some of the English Ambassadors at the covered playground at lunchtime. I even won some prizes from those games!   3E Alisa Guo During the English week, as an English ambassador I have to say the activities really surprised me. I can tell lots of students enjoyed English week. Furthermore, the students might get the interest in both speaking and learning English, it’s a great thing! I’m also happy to see my classmates actively participate in activities. I sincerely hope next year’s English week can become more and more lively than ever.
