This year, the English Department has collaborated with the Library Team and the National Education Committee to promote a heartwarming Chinese festival—the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Our junior form students participated in various English learning activities themed around the Mid-Autumn Festival, including reading activities, card writing, library visits, and games. Senior form students took the online reading challenge based on the story “A Mid-Autumn Night’s Dream.” The results are as follows:

The English Ambassador Team also organized exciting lunchtime games and Mid-Autumn Festival riddles for all our students at the English Café. During the morning assembly, two English Ambassadors, Nemo Lam and Vivi Cheung from 5D, gave us a clear and engaging introduction to the traditions and myths of the Mid-Autumn Festival.
