The Award Presentation Ceremony of the SOW Campaign 2025/26 took place at 2:30 pm on 10 October 2026 at the EDB Kowloon Tong Education Services Centre. Our students achieved outstanding results in the SOW Campaign 25/26, organized by the Curriculum Development Institute (CDI) of the Education Bureau (EDB). We celebrated with all the winners across various competitions that promote English learning through Sayings of Wisdom (SOW), and had the pleasure of meeting the campaign’s mascot, SOWY!

Animal Photo-Poetry Creative Challenge

Co-organized by the English Language Education Section and the Arts Education Section of the CDI, EDB, in collaboration with Ocean Park Hong Kong, this competition received thousands of entries. Participants captured photographs at the park and composed spontaneous English poetry reflecting positive values. As a cross-curricular initiative, this success was made possible through the collaboration and guidance of both the YY2 English Department and Visual Arts Department.

	Choco Shum Tsz Ying (5C) was honored with the Outstanding Award.
	Michelle Woo Hei Yan (5A) received the Grand Jury Photography Award for her artistic and aesthetic photo of marine life.

Once Upon a Book Storytelling Competition

Organized by the NET Section of the CDI, EDB, this competition saw remarkable performances from our students among thousands of video submissions across Hong Kong.

Vincy Chan Hong Ching (5C) and Choco Shum Tsz Ying (5C) were shortlisted for the final round—the Live Unplugged event. During this live showcase, they vividly acted out a scene adapted from the novel Wonder by R.J. Palacio, demonstrating exceptional creativity and expressive storytelling that earned them the Merit Award.
